Packing Solution

The product will be packed in a multi-protected box with a dust-free standard to ensure that the product will not be affected during transportation, with its simple, practical and safely will be delivered to the process of completing it.

In terms of quality control process, eCCODY invests more and more in product quality testers and reliability testing to provide our customers with high-end products. Some examples include simulated high-altitude and low-pressure experiment box, smoking test machine, magnifying glass elemental analysis, stress tester, image measuring instrument and so on to assure that our clients get what they require in highquality

Incoming material inspection

Quality is life and we want to make sure your vape device meets all of your expectations and ours. The incoming material of each component will be inspected and the data will be collected. This will ensure that the data of each batch of incoming materials can be traced. Unqualified incoming materials will be detected and dealt with quickly.

Leakproof Testers

With regards to leakage testing, vapor production, sensitivity, eCCODY introduced a variety of related test equipment, including simulated high-altitude and low pressure testers, pressure testers, incubator testers, and vibration testers. We attach great importance to the user's experience, and simulate various tests under different environmental conditions, such as high and low temperature weather environments, and vibration environments, to make sure the vape device can still work in such environments.
